SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on kalyuzhna.com are processed, shipped, and delivered.

All pieces are handmade in the studio. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3-5 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces require 2-4 weeks of production before dispatch; the exact lead time is confirmed by email once the order is placed.

Orders are shipped worldwide from Ukraine using insured, tracked services (DHL, UPS, or the national postal operator). A tracking number is sent to the email address given at checkout as soon as the parcel leaves the studio.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: Europe 5-10 business days; North America 7-14 business days; rest of the world 10-21 business days. These are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance or carrier delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the destination and the weight of the parcel. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date using the details on the Contacts page. We will open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
